Vacancy – Bookkeeper (Full Time) – Permanent

We are currently looking ambitious and enthusiastic graduates to join Acute Bizz Ltd.

We are seeking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accounts and Payroll candidate to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. This would be the ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual looking for a busy role in an SME business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Daily financial management
  • Sales ledger, producing invoices and checking aged debtors
  • Purchase ledger, processing invoices onto the system
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • VAT preparation
  • Payroll assistance
  • Produce company management accounts P&L and balance sheet up to the trail balance

Experience & Skill Requirements:

  • Experience working within Bookkeeping industry minimum 6 months required
  • Intermediate Excel skills required
  • An enthusiastic and focused person with a positive attitude
  • AAT and accounting qualifications are beneficial
